At I•Form Fitness Studio, David Twiford and Melissa Hummel will provide you with an experience of a unique and private environment in your training. We specialize our studio by appointment only and not a “gym” environment, therefore, providing a true personal training session tailored to your specific goals
David and Melissa have a unique niche in the personal training environment. They have experience working with all ages. Both have worked with special populations such as stroke, heart disease, osteoporosis, spinal disorders and cancer patients. The two of them help people with post rehabilitation to regain quality of movement from injury or joint replacement and correctional exercise for injury prevention.

GOLF-SPECIFIC PERSONAL TRAINING
Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Certified Assessment is a series of movements and exercises that determine if your body mechanics are working properly for your swing.
It tests balance, flexibility, stability and strength in the muscles and joints that directly correlate to your swing. After completing the assessment you will be given an exercise/stretching program to improve your weaknesses or imbalances.
Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Assessment Package $150 – Includes two sessions, assessment, one additional personal training session.

WOMEN’S GOLF CONDITIONING
This golf conditioning class is led by Melissa Hummel who is Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Certified. This year round weekly course is geared towards improving your golf game by focusing on flexibility, strength, increasing upper and lower body stability, improving balance and rotation, and boosting stamina.

Let’s move, we all know there’s too much sitting in our lifestyle! TRX is scientifically proven to improve total-body strength, stability, and even cardiovascular health. Suspension training makes gravity your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is limitless. TRX empowers everyone to be their best selves. No experience is necessary. Sign up for a class and try it out.

TRX CHISEL SERIES
A four class commitment, we will use the seven basic movements in suspension training to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, core strength, and heart health. And we’ll have a blast doing it! Series payment of $55 must be paid at the first class. The studio accepts cash or check only. Limited to the first 8 people who sign up online.
PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT
Find energy you didn’t know you had while building strength and stability. Join us for an upbeat, creative flow that matches steady rhythmic breathing with sets of flowing yoga postures. The physical challenge increases your strength and empowers you to use your body the way you do in real life – bending, stretching, lifting, reaching, and twisting. Practicing yoga will help you clarify, relax, focus and concentrate in your everyday life. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
